Work management

Work management

Work in physics is equal to the multiplication of force and distance.

You need 'force' to work. However, the 'result' of that force is also needed. Work requires both force and result.

Force is like 'effort' or 'ability'. The results can be seen as "performance" or "value" that people have achieved. Work in an organization is the product of effort and performance.

We use the phrase 'work is hard.' But, physically, this is an incomplete expression. This is because work needs not only force(effort) but also result(performance).

So we have to say this physically "This crew has worked hard this year and achieved good results. he worked very well!"

Work must have both effort and achievement. Leaders should not just acknowledge their efforts or evaluate them based on their performance.

Effort without results is hard to survive right now. Performance without effort is hard to live long, because of the lack of Competitiveness and survival skills. Therefore, a leader must manage 'work', which is the sum of effort and achievement.

Therefore, it is foolish to emphasize certain concepts such as meritocracy, meritocracy, humanism, and seniority to a leader. Leaders should consider as many things as possible comprehensively. That's the leading role of physics in leading the organization.
