We know well that the heating gas tanks can happen the explosion. This is the second law of thermodynamics that causes molecules to move in disorder, causing an explosion. In the organization, members are molecules. They interact with each other and mix in disorder.

Leaders can also put the energy into the organization. At that time, the movement of members becomes active and energetic. The disorder of the members will be even greater. The entropy of the organization increases. It finally explodes.

There are two types of increasing entropy of an organization. Positive entropy increase and negative entropy increase.

Higher positive entropy means that the leader delivers good energy such as vision presentation, praise, and checking issues. Then the enthusiasm within the organization grows and explodes into great products and services.

Increasing negative entropy is that a leader has no leadership or delivers bad energy such as immorality, dogma and selfish. Stress and dissatisfaction in the organization will be increased. Finally good members will leave or there'll be strike.

It depends on the energy of the leader what kind of explosion in the organization will cause with increased entropy.
