The last energy of leading (Blackhole)

We are all different. But they are all connected. And we live and influence each other.

The larger the organization, the greater the difference between these differences. It is impossible to unify the space-time of each member. So each one needs a different aim.

Leaders need to recommend the target(vision and mission) for everyone. And leaders must check and guide(rules and processes) that all members are aiming properly.

If the organization is large, leaders need give the role & authority to middle man. Now we know why we need to share our vision and mission, establish work processes and set rules.

Leaders are rational and emotional person. They set directions to, coach, understand and consider for members. Then good energy in the organization is increased. As the mass of the organization is getting bigger, it distorts space-time, attracting everything around it.

Good people, good business, everything gathers. It's the same principle that a leader with high mass attracts people. When good people and good things come together, the mass of the organization grows again, and it becomes a powerful energy and absorbs many things around it.​

A good leader is both emotional and rational. He can be looked like altruistic & selfish. But it's for us. He just follows the laws of nature, the theory of relativity.
