We talk a lot about the forces. work, effort, job, ability… There are many words about the force.

So many people think that they are familiar with the force. But it isn't. The field that deals with forces in physics is mechanics. In mechanics, the force is defined as: 'A force is an influence that can change the motion of an object or the object itself.' The object can be anything in the world, people, things and organizations. So we can change this for leadership.

It is the important force in the universe. When these forces work properly, we all begin to move slowly and safely.

In physics, forces are vectors. A vector has a starting point, an exact direction and an appropriate magnitude. We must understand leadership as a vector to get one step closer to good leadership.
